VerifiedAbout Keri
I have been a trainer for over 25 years. I enjoy helping people rediscover their body & how good it feels to move it. I believe in consistency & moderation in life. I like to push people further then they would on their own, but with great caution to preventing injuries. I generally work mornings( not too early) and afternoons post lunch hour. I also enjoy working with 2 people. It brings a sense of teamwork to everything & is just more fun for all.
My favorite client story
Don’t have a favorite per say, but working with a previous MS client was very rewarding.
My favorite exercise

My favorite quote
“ Don’t let today take too much of tomorrow “
My training philosophy
Our bodies are designed to move, disease and the development of improper movement patterns can make this challenging, but by no way impossible.
My training experience
Starting working initially as a trainer at East Bank Club in Chicago. Moved on to work as an independent contractor at a private studio and my local park district facility along with private in home clients.
