I received my BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University and my personal training certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I have been a personal trainer in Chicago for 3 years. I have a background in dance, kinesiology, Pilates and fitness. I am a certified Female Fitness specialist through NASM and am pre/post natal certified. I also have a my Performance Enhancment certification through NASM and work with an athletic population. Currently, I am in graduate school working towards my Master's in Sports & Performance Psychology. Working as a professional dancer has educated me to be more in tune with the body and taught me the importance of cross training and leading a healthy lifestyle. Having a healthy mind and body is essential for self-confidence and being able to reach your personal goals. As a personal trainer my goal is to motivate and challenge you physically and mentally to further your self-confidence and grow in all aspects of your life. We will explore multiple fitness styles and exercises to find the work out that fits for you and makes you feeling your best. I want my clients to not only love working out, but love how they feel about themselves.
My favorite exercise
Deadlifts. I love anything that pushes you though. I enjoy strength training and lifting heavy.

Currently a Specialist Personal Trainer at Chicago Athletic Clubs. I am also a certified Female Fitness Specialist with a pre/post natal certification and a Performance Enhancement Specialist. I train clients with all different fitness goals and needs, both male and female. I am also a graduate student studying Sports and Performance Psychology.
