I grew up the chubby kid who avoided exercise as much as possible. I always had a weight problem and my weight went up over 200 at times. I am only 5'2, so it was difficult to move, walk upstairs and play with my kids.
I didn't get involved in fitness until I was in my 40's, starting out as a student, moving to an instructor and then to personal training. I have 18 years of experience in fitness.
Since I've been in the place of looking at losing 60 to 80 pounds and no fitness level, I can relate to people on the same journey. I understand how much easier the journey is when you have support. It's my passion to help people accomplish the goals they never thought was possible.
