I am a retired Army Veteran that enjoys training anyone who wants to perform at a higher level. I have trained college level athletes, student athletes, body builders, finalists in the Senior National Games and people that wanted to lose weight.
I practice principles of fitness that are based on results and science. Not social media influencers and fads.
My favorite exercise
I love to teach and explore balance as a part of all my fitness trainings. This allows all clients to be more self aware of their posture and abilities.
