As a personal trainer I've seen a lot --> I've helped people finish ultramarathons, get strong, lose weight, learn to walk again, get out of back pain, improve blood work numbers, learn about basic health / wellness, and more. I have found a few fundamental tools and philosophies that apply to a vast range of people and goals.
