Fitness for busy executives and active retirees is my focus. During a 30+ year career in the private practice of law and as a father of five, I learned stress management and fitness through deep study of martial arts (Shotokan karate) and meditation. I have taught karate and meditation and continue to practice them myself. Those experiences infuse my belief that fitness and strength training are essential elements of a good life.
