Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mobility specialist who believes that quality movement leads to better quality of life. My interest in wellness began with a work-study job at Lehigh University’s Fitness Center. Beyond experiencing its positive impact on my own health and wellbeing, I realized how much I enjoyed sharing that passion with others.
Following graduation, I earned my CPT and pursued personal training alongside a corporate finance career until taking on wellness full-time in 2018, launching my own personal training and yoga instruction business. Along the way, I expanded my education to reflect an increased focus on mobility and alignment by becoming a yoga teacher and FRC mobility specialist.
Today, I combine my expertise in building not only strength but also healthy movement patterns to guide my clients toward safely accomplishing their goals. I typically work with clients in their homes, virtually, and outdoors but also have gym and studio spaces available.

Holly is a true professional. She makes it a point to understand your goals and designs highly effective personalized workouts, always building on your previous milestones so that you can see and feel your progress. She's highly educated in all areas of physical fitness and I've learned more from her about joint alignment, posture and how to properly engage different muscle groups to ensure you get the most from each exercise without injury than I have from any other trainer I've worked with. She's also cool and fun, the hour goes by very fast! I highly recommend her, she is excellent.
Holly is amazing! I cannot imagine working out with anyone else. She's extremely knowledgeable, always explaining what muscles I'm using and why my form is important. She's patient and encouraging so I never feel bad when I struggle. She's also sneaky in the best way possible because I never used to exercise, but before I knew it, she had me working out five times a week! I notice the differences on a daily basis, unable to believe how far I've come. I am so grateful for her and the smile she always has on her face - she's the best and I will be a lifelong client.
Holly truly customized our workouts to fit my needs and took me out of the bubble I thought I had to fit into in order to have a “ good workout “! Holly is an extremely motivating and passionate trainer. You can tell she practices what she preaches - she’s a great role model! She’s always on time and prepared with a personalized workout plan, which makes her stand out from many trainers I’ve worked with in the past. Her focus on proper form, flexibility/lengthening the muscles, and employing the perfect mix of the exercises for optimal results are only some of the many reasons that she’s a great trainer! After only a few weeks of training with Holly, I felt so much stronger, confident, and leaner! I always look forward to our sessions because I know she will have a new challenge awaiting me. From start to finish, our yoga experience with Holly was outstanding. Aside from being in touch via the app, Holly reached out by phone ahead of time to make sure that she understood our purpose and customized the class based on the needs of our group that included a wide range of ages and fitness levels. With her guidance and expertise, she held the attention and interest of our group, giving all a sense of accomplishment and calm by the class end. I started working with Holly after double bunion surgery on both feet. I’d been active before - mostly yoga - but the surgery and recuperation affected my strength and balance pretty significantly. Training with Holly has made me stronger than I have ever been, which is crazy for a woman my age! She’ll make you work hard, but oh is it worth it. She is amazing!
