About Faryn

Faryn is a passionate, dedicated and true professional. She has been in practice for 17 years and has 22 years experience overall in the wellness industry. 


She is personable, knowledgeable, energetic, out-going, reliable and organized by nature and this is what has made her so successful. 


Throughout Faryn's career she has had the greatest opportunity to teach, coach, guide, mentor, motivate, empower and impact lives for the better; as Certified Professional Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Running Coach and Pre/Post-Natal Coach to name a few.


Faryn says "I have been active my entire life; growing up a dancer and runner, practicing yoga, boxing, gymnastics, martial arts and always in the gym. I have had my own body issues that I have tackled and feel this has helped my teachings towards my students and clients. 

For me being "FIT" means so much more than a "diet" and multiple hours on end in the gym. I feel it's the balance of finding mental happiness and a physical body of health that YOU feel your best in. My goal is to help people in their journey to find that. I enjoy to teaching patients, self love and how truly beautiful Imperfection is."

My favorite client story

The 1st day with a new client I asked her to run 1 lap around a track that would have taken 11 laps to make 1 mile, she looked at me and said you want me go run what... 1 year later she's run multiple 5 & 10ks not to mention the 3 HALF MARATHONS!!!! I could not be more proud and impressed!!

If you're looking for a trainer in Dallas, look no further. In the many years I've been going to personal trainers, Faryn is far and away the best I've ever met. She's really really good at identifying the underlying issues that are giving you trouble - and doesn't force you to do more than your body can take. Since I've started seeing her, I've seen a noticeable difference in my running (my feet don't hurt anymore!) and my overall strength has improved dramatically.
