My training experience
I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach who’s CPR/AED certified. I am also EMS certified and have over two years of experience with ElectroMuscleStimulation! If you don’t know what that is, I can’t wait to show you!
I have over 6 years of experience coaching clients both 1-on-1 (ranging from expecting mothers, couples, those with illnesses/injuries, + a couple C-Suite executives with a need for privacy and discretion) as well as group fitness classes of up to 25 people across multiple modalities.
I’ve recomped my body from scratch multiple times and have extensive knowledge in natural transformations as well as supplements, peptides, anabolics, and body scans.
I have suffered from severe body image issues throughout my life and strive to make my clients feel safe, comfortable, and confident both in the gym as well as their life outside the gym.

JD is an amazing coach!!! I’ve tried multiple trainers in the past but never found one I felt comfortable with and always ended up quitting after a couple of weeks.
