About Melissa
I'm an experienced personal trainer, 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and nutrition coach. If you're at the beginning of your health journey, I'm here to help. Areas of expertise: Women's weightloss, toning, strength training, cardio, mobility, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
About me: In 2015 I went through my own 80lb weightloss journey. I currently have been training since 2017 and have guided dozens of clients through the same exact journey successfully. I've trained mothers, fathers, worker bees, kids, body builders, those with injuries, and people who are just plain scared of the gym. Train with me- get in shape. My specialty is women between ages 35 and 75.

My favorite client story
A beautiful girl I trained for 6-8 months. Came to me without any exercise background. Didn't understand where her body was in space at all and depressed. Now she's super fit, very motivated, in an extremely inspiring spiritual place, and still going strong.
My favorite exercise
Bicep curls. As women, we forget about toning our arms! This makes you feel strong, shapes your arms, and gets those endorphins flowing.
My favorite quote

My training experience
I've trained extensively with trainers and training others for the past 8 years. My own journey has been one of obesity to super fitness within a few years. I've maintained this healthy life successfully, and led others to it, since 2015.
