I'm a Traveling Personal Trainer for women & seniors, holding a Certified Personal Training license and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. No matter where you are in your health journey, I can hold your hand through exercise programming and a meal plan. You're guaranteed to get stronger, more mobile, flexible, and acquire more endurance with each month of training.
About me: In 2015 I went through my own 80lb weightloss and health journey. I have been training full-time since 2017 and have guided dozens of clients through their own unique health journies successfully. Whether your a mother, grandmother, singe lady working, recovering from an injury, or just plain scared of the gym, I'm here to help.
We have 3 options for training: 1) Come to Sorrel Fairview (small luxury fitness center just north of Allen,TX and south of McKinney, TX). 2) I'll come to YOU! We can meet at your home (within 20 miles of Fairview, TX) or at a gym near you. 3) We meet ONLINE each week. Great for those farther away or looking for a more therapeutic appraoch.

My favorite client story
I met a client with an abusive husband. She was sad, beat down, and almost no self esteem. We started exercising together and I watched as she quickly grew her muscles AND confidence. I watched her through her separation, become an even better mother than she already was, and now finding the love of her life. Her body and life reflect the same upward climb. She looks stronger, happier, and has a healthy glow. We've been training 2x/week for the past 7 years.
My favorite exercise
Bicep curls. As women, we forget about toning our arms! This makes you feel strong, shapes your arms, and gets those endorphins flowing.

My training experience
I've trained extensively with trainers and training others for the past 8 years. My own journey has been one of obesity to super fitness within a few years. I've maintained this healthy life successfully, and led others to it, since 2015.
