About Rockie

Hi! My name is Rockie (pronounced like the boxer). I have worked with clients from age 14 to 90 years old and specialize in resistance training, cardio conditioning, stability, mobility, and agility. Having worked with such a wide array of clients, helps me tailor my approach to what YOU need specifically which you will see from my reviews.

I’ve had a passion for fitness for a long time and care deeply about my clients. There’s nothing more valuable to me than helping my clients gain more confidence, strength and knowledge.

I understand that we all have our own fitness goals and that’s why I build customized programs and want to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.

Strength training!! It's so versatile. Also, the saying "if you don't use it, you lose it" definitely applies to your muscles as you age.

My training experience

I have worked with clients ranging from age 14 to 90. Whether you're looking for a trainer to work with your teen on speed, agility and quickness drills or just looking to get back into a routine after not working out for years, I'm confident that I can build a program with you that will help you achieve your goals.
Outside of one-on-one training, I teach group fitness classes as well. I have led groups of 2-30 people in water aerobics and boot camps (circuit training/HIIT).

10 out of 10 Y’all!!! The facility is easy to locate, so clean and the equipment is up to date. Lots of equipment, yet there was no crowding. Roquel was AMAZING. She really listened to me and even modified certain movements to my current fitness level instead of being pushy. I love how you can really tell she’s passionate about what she does. I left feeling much more excited and knowledgeable about my fitness journey than before my session.
