About Ruby

I have been a personal trainer and health coach for over 16 years  I specialize in women's fitness and weight loss. I believe the relationship between client and trainer is very important to ones success in meeting their personal goals. At one time, I was the overweight client and I know the struggles that come with taking a leap to change your body and your life. I use multiple modalities including resistance bands, sand bags, kettle bells, TRX, BOSU, sand bells, battle ropes, free weights, and more to keep you from getting bored and keep your results coming. I believe strongly in the power of the mind. If you can change the mind, you can change the body.

My training philosophy

I believe in guiding people to make positive choices that will help to impact their lives in a meaningful way and get them closer to their best selves inside and outside of the gym. I believe in teaching as I go, leaving clients with a system they can use for a lifetime of health and wellnesss.

My training experience

Prior to owning my own business I worked at a women’s gym and spa in San Francisco, CA. It was there I decided to specialize in Women's fitness. I went on to get a special certification in weight loss. I have helped many people, men and women, meet their goals, weather that means weight loss, muscle definition, being less winded, or gaining more mobility.
