About Ruby

With over 17 years of experience in personal training and health coaching, I specialize in women’s fitness, weight loss, and body recomposition. My approach is built on education, empowerment, and long-term success, using a step-ladder method that equips clients with skills they can use for a lifetime.


 


I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from elderly individuals focusing on balance and functional strength to professional athletes improving mobility and speed—and everyone in between. No matter your fitness level or goal, I believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond just workouts, incorporating whole-body wellness, behavioral change, and self-accountability.


 


Every client is unique, which is why I provide customized tools and strategies to help you achieve lasting results. My mission is to guide, educate, and support you in building strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle—one step at a time.

My training philosophy

I believe in guiding people to make positive choices that will help to impact their lives in a meaningful way and get them closer to their best selves inside and outside of the gym. I believe in teaching as I go, leaving clients with a system they can use for a lifetime of health and wellnesss.

My training experience

Prior to owning my own business I worked at a women’s gym and spa in San Francisco, CA. It was there I decided to specialize in Women's fitness. I went on to get a special certification in weight loss. I have helped many people, men and women, meet their goals, weather that means weight loss, muscle definition, being less winded, or gaining more mobility.
