Ryan is a former Division I athlete at John's Hopkins University.
He is one of Dallas's top up-and-coming trainers due to his experience, education, and approach to fitness. He creates programs custom to his clients that improve strength, metabolism, lean/toned muscle mass, and flexibility. The programs usually involve bodyweight, free weights, and mobility sticks to get the most of the equipment available.
He strives to help his clients move better, whether they have chronic pain or they want to improve their strength without being "bulky".
My favorite exercise
Any core or glute exercise. These are typically the best exercises to alleviate pain in most clients.
My training philosophy
While pushing it in the gym is great, the real adaptations (improvements) come outside of the gym during the recovery process. I look to set my clients up with a detailed recovery and mobility plan to give you the best chance at feeling and looking as good as you possibly can!
