I’m a competitive bodybuilder, personal trainer, and mom of two who knows firsthand what it means to rebuild yourself physically and mentally. I didn’t grow up with perfect habits or a perfect environment. I built this body through discipline, science, and learning how to train with intention instead of punishment.
