Originally from Central Arkansas and I’ve been in Denver for 8 years now since finishing undergrad in Arkansas. Huge outdoor and sports enthusiast. Father of 2. Former college athlete. Football aspirations ended with COVID and I began personal training in homes and parks for income. Since then, I’ve been committed to changing lives through fitness.

I typically do 1 hour sessions that include warm-up, progressive training program as related to individual and stretch/cooldown. (Partner Sessions Included).
*all workouts are written down and given to client upon graduation for personal use.

Weight, Sleep, Stress, Lifestyle, habits, relationships, FOOD, alcohol use, digestion are all things measured throughout the process to teach individuals how to live and MAINTAIN healthy life.

My goal in training is to promise guaranteed results and provide knowledge to maintain healthier lifestyle without the help of fitness professional.
