I have been in the fitness industry since 1995. I've trained a diverse set of populations over the years, in most recent years to include people in their 40's all the way into their 80's. Some of my areas of interest are working with clients who want to build strength, increase flexibility and range of motion, also, improving their balance. My experience includes working with individuals who have had joint replacement, such as knee and hip, and rotator cuff repair. It brings me pleasure to hear my clients say how much physical activity make such a difference in their everyday lives.
