I've been an athlete all of my life and been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I recently relocated to Boulder after working at Equinox and Sports Club La in San Francisco. Since I have been here I have really increased my passion for running, mountain biking, and skiing.
I have a passion for helping people to become the best they can be. I have a great depth of knowledge from working with so many great trainers applying that to my own clients. Each person is unique and I tailor your workout to you and your goals.

I've worked with quite a few personal trainers over the past ten years and Jason is by far the best trainer I've ever had. I've trained with him for over five years and he's helped me achieve the results that I wanted. I'm leaner, with lower body fat, more muscle and measurably stronger with greater endurance. He used a great combination of kettle bells, free-weights, and body weight exercises in the training. He knows what he's doing and he's a great guy as well; you will enjoy training with him.
