I've been an athlete all of my life and been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I recently relocated to Boulder after working at Equinox and Sports Club La in San Francisco. Since I have been here I have really increased my passion for running, mountain biking, and skiing.
I have a passion for helping people to become the best they can be. I have a great depth of knowledge from working with so many great trainers applying that to my own clients. Each person is unique and I tailor your workout to you and your goals.

I've worked with quite a few personal trainers over the past ten years and Jason is by far the best trainer I've ever had. I've trained with him for over five years and he's helped me achieve the results that I wanted. I'm leaner, with lower body fat, more muscle and measurably stronger with greater endurance. He used a great combination of kettle bells, free-weights, and body weight exercises in the training. He knows what he's doing and he's a great guy as well; you will enjoy training with him.

I worked out with Jason for many years when I lived in San Francisco; I had an excellent experience and now that we have moved to different cities I wish I could still train with him. I have always worked out with trainers and Jason has become the benchmark against whom I measure every other trainer. There are three things I especially appreciated about Jason: 1. My main difficulty working out is that I get easily bored, and Jason has a boundless ability to come up with new (and painful!) exercises and drills that kept me constantly challenged. 2. His passion for fitness leads him to read a lot of books, articles and other web resources, so he is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness, from the correct form of individual exercises to the benefits of different kinds of workouts. 3 Jason is tough, and therefore extremely effective in motivating you and pushing you to do more, to do better and push your limits (when I worked out with him, his official motto was “the only easy day was yesterday “…). He’s gotten me out of my comfort zone and back into shape, and I highly recommend him.
