My favorite client story
One of my favorite client stories is with a woman I had been working with for several years in the gym. When Covid-19 and she was quarantined she made it her goal to hike 100 days. I loved that she took the fitness gains from the gym and transferred them to the real world and kept moving towards her goals despite gyms being closed. She recently finished her 50th hike climbing Mt Biersradt.
My favorite exercise
Clean and press because they make me feel powerful.

Laura is the best trainer for all types of people. She is super mindful with her workouts and does a good job changing it up. She takes the time to listen to her clients needs, for example I have a bad back and she is good with giving modifications and other options. I also like the way she incorporates other props besides just weights, we also use bands and items that might be in my house. A lot of her exercises are great PT exercises but strength training too. I definitely feel much stronger because of Laura which I have always needed. Laura is an experienced tri athlete too and can help coach and train those that are super competitive as well. I highly recommend her!!!
Laura will get you in shape and keep you laughing in the process. Her workouts are fun and interesting, and can be tailored to all fitness levels. She has deep knowledge of all things exercise and is a life-long athlete. So she can help the casual weekend warrior to the serious competitive triathlete or ultra-runner, and everyone in between. I highly recommend her classes and training programs!
I'm really excited to start my work with Laura....she's knowledgeable, patient, and has a true genuine desire to help me meet MY goals. We've had our first session, and I appreciate how well she listened and asked questions to try and get to know more about my goals and to figure out ways to help a busy, working mama, get back on track!
Laura Renzelman is awesome. I've had three strength sessions with Laura to help me with my running. She knows so much, communicates reliably to set appointments, and has a great personality! I strongly recommend her!
Laura is awesome. Laura was a lot of fun and will be incorporating my pool and kicking bag into the future workouts. I am super motivated and can't wait for our next session.
I just started a fitness program with Laura and I am so pleased. Laura understood my goals to build up stamina and endurance as well as get fit, build muscle and gain flexibility. She gauged my low level of fitness and has designed an exercise program that I can comfortably work with and implement. I am looking forward to test out my fitness outdoors soon.
Perfectly suited workouts. Laura is my first experience with a PT and she has set the bar high. She accurately assessed my level of fitness (almost none) and is patiently, persistently, knowledgeably increasing it. I’m not a fan of gyms and we do our workouts outdoors. Plus she’s a delight.
Laura is great and adjusts my workout real time to ensure I get the most out of each session. I always look forward to my sessions. She encourages me and celebrates my successes.
