About Michael

Thank you for checking out my page. I have been training people in the comfort of their homes for over 15 years. I cover the towns of  Parker, Centennial, Castle Rock, Elizabeth and Franktown.

My favorite client story

I received a text from a client the other day, " I am so happy. I just walked up a flight of stairs and I am not even out of breath. Thank you!" This client has also dropped three dress sizes. More importantly, she had a very destructive idea of food. She grew up with the idea that losing weight meant starving yourself. When I met her, she was at her wit's end. She wasn't losing weight, hungry all the time and felt terrible about herself. Now she is seeing results and her life has turned around.

My favorite exercise

I don't know if I have a favorite exercise. I just like having a toolbox full of them so I can pull the right one out for any occasion.

My favorite quote

" I do diddly squats". Yeah I know, but it is funny.

My training philosophy

You train your mind to train your body. Everything we do has an effect on our lives. Learn how to overcome fear and procrastination with me and you will see the effect in other areas of your life.

I have over 15 years training clients in the homes and over 30 years in fitness. I am a ISSA Certified Elite Trainer and have certifications in Corrective Exercise, Sports Nutrition and weight training. My clients range from 35 to 70, so no matter what shape or how old you are, we will start a t a level that is doable for you.

Michael has provided workout sessions for my husband and I off and on for 13 years. Our sessions are an hour, and we focus on different areas every week. Michael will tailor the workout based on our requests to focus on a particular area. Under Michael’s guidance, we have achieved improved flexibility, mobility and stamina. We have been able to enjoy these physical improvements by increasing our physical activities in our travels.
