Physical activity has been my life. I started playing competitive football in the fields of Houston Texas at the age of 6. That developed into me playing football at Oklahoma State University during my college career. I achieved a certain physical capability at the age of 21 that I thought I would never be able to obtain again. Crossfit not only showed me how to obtain a higher level of fitness but also one that was more conscious of my health. I found Crossfit in the summer of 2010 during my internship with the Oklahoma State Football weightlifting program. I did External programming for roughly one year before trying out my own programming. I joined Crossfit South Denver in August of 2012. I have owned Crossfit South Denver since January of 2013. I immediately saw the advantages of working alongside others who were striving for improvement as well. I attended my Level 1 at the Colorado State Patrol in March of 2013. Level 2 in February of 2015 at Roots in Boulder Colorado.

Each client begins with a comprehensive assessment.
All sessions with me are for 30 minutes and pricing shown reflects this.

I have worked within the fitness industry for well over 20 years now. There's very little that I haven't seen come down the pike in business. From clients not being able to figure out why they're plateauing to every new quick fix workout and diet plan. I have always found that when things aren't working it's usually because at some level basic fundamentals are being ignored, such as proper nutrition, intensity levels and consistency. And of course there's basic arithmetic: calories in calories out. With that said, nothing replaces the real world experience that a Master Level Trainer brings to the table. My experience ranges from working with elite level athletes to corporate execs and the new mom looking to get back into pre-baby shape. The positions I've held within the industry are vast, going from an entry level position to eventually owning my own facility. If there's one thing I always share with clients is that I will never set them up for failure. I'll never ask you to do something you can not do. This is something I constantly remind the client. We have trained and worked your capabilities to the point where you CAN do that.
Core and Balance Strength Training Boxing Functional Training Sports Performance Training Weight Loss Spanish Brides-to-be Law Enforcement Military Overweight/ Obese Post-rehab Pre/post-natal Youth NSCA Certified Personal Trainer ACE Certified Personal Trainer AAFP Certified Medical Exercise Specialist IYCA Certified Specialist USA Boxing Certified Coach IYCA Certified High School Strength & Conditioning Specialist IYCA Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist IYCA Olympic Lift Instructor CPR/AED

A little about me: I am a passionate and enthusiastic trainer entering my third year residing and training in Denver. Prior to that I spent five years training in Boston after graduating with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I have found a sweet balance of having fun during sessions while also being as efficient and productive as possible. You can expect to have a very motivating and uplifting experience working with me!

A little about my clientele: The two populations that I primarily work with are weight loss clients or those who want to focus on function (ex. correct posture, pre/rehab an injury, improve mobility and joint range of motion, etc.). Every individual program I have ever made is completely personalized and tailored to whomever I am working with. We will have an initial consultation prior to our first official session so that I can ensure that each and every movement we go through benefits your body and will lead you to results.

A little about how we will train: As I mentioned above, we will have an interview/assessment so that I have all of the information that I need to develop your program. Here is what you can expect from that: - Verbal interview: we will discuss your goals and timeline to outline your exercise type, frequency, intensity, etc.. From there we will go over your exercise and health history to address any medical limitations, relevant areas of injury or sensitivity, etc.. This is the part where I want you to truly open up and tell me everything about your relationship with food or exercise along with what I can do to drive you to your end goal. - Movement Screening: I will have you go through seven movement patterns that will provide me with insight on your joint mobility, stability, proprioception/motor control, and much more. This may be the most important part - I will see what your body lacks and needs and where its strong suits lay. A little about each 60 min session: 5 mins Self myofascial release (foam rolling + trigger point) 5 mins Mobility drills + dynamic stretches 40 mins Main workout (full body exercises varying from person to person) 10 mins HIIT finisher
Core and Balance Nutrition Weight Loss Flexibility and Mobility Muscular Definition Functional Training Corrective Exercise Brides-to-be Post-rehab Pre/post-natal Women ACL tear Back Pain/Issues Bad Posture Diastasis Recti High Blood Pressure Hip Pain/Issues Joint Replacement Knee Pain/Issues Muscular Dystrophy Plantar fasciitis Postural Issues Pregnancy Rotator Cuff Issues Shoulder Issues Stress Weddings Pre/Post-Natal Precision Nutrition Level 1 ACSM Certified Personal Trainer BS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology

Fitness has been a big part of my life. Both of my parents were very active, so I naturally was an active child. I grew up playing a lot of team sports. I didn't always like them and realized that I preferred individual sports like swimming, Tae Kwon Doe and weightlifting. As a very skinny individual, I got bullied a lot. I was very self conscious about my body. By the time I was 18 I was 6'2 and 150lbs. I wanted to stop feeling self conscious and change the way I viewed myself. I slowly started getting into the gym. By the time I was 21, I committed more of my time and energy to bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training. Through hard work and determination, I was able to transform my body and mind. I gained 60lbs over the course of 6 years (18-24). Now as a 28 year old personal trainer, I have the knowledge and wisdom of how to reshape ones body. Whether you want to loose weight or gain weight, the mental battle is still the same. You are self conscious about your current body and would like to change it. I understand what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin and want to help others achieve self-satisfaction through fitness. Hey everyone! My name is Lizzy and I love working with people to help them improve their overall quality of life through better movement. With a degree in Athletic Training, I have an abundance of experience working with athletes and the general population to reduce risk of injury, enhance rehabilitation after and injury, and help individuals to better understand how to move their bodies pain free. I believe that when we focus on how we Feel instead of how we Look, we increase our potential to reach our secondary goals such as weight loss or muscle tone and we build a stronger, more positive relationship with our bodies along the way. I love working with individuals who are in their 30s-70s who are dealing with the changes their bodies are going through with age-- such as more difficulty recovering from exercise, reduced strength, balance, and coordination, potential pain and aches that tend to linger, and so much more. Raised in the mountains of Colorado, I went on to study Physics and Secondary Education at a school in Chicago. My love for fitness awakened when I stepped on the track as a second grader and continued to grow throughout high school and college as I competed in sprints, hurdles, and relays, concluding my sprinting career at the NCAA national track meet my senior year. In the off seasons, I stretched out of my comfort zone through Spartan races and half marathons. When I began coaching track in college, I discovered a love for supporting others in their own fitness journeys and athletic endeavors. After leading a high school team in Ethiopia to place first in an international track meet and teaching a Female Health & Fitness course (along with high school STEM classes) at a school in the Dominican Republic, I moved back to Denver where I am continuing to grow and develop my fitness training skills. Mark was inspired by his own personal health problems. Mark struggled with depression from a young age and found that leading a better life and following the popular science approach to treating depression wasn’t enough. During his adult life, he started researching nutrition in an effort to find something to address his symptoms. After finding some moderate success through supplements, he continued experimenting until he found the right answers for him. Then he started to research bio-mechanics to address his low back pain. He found that traditional Physically Therapy was only treating the pain and not the underlining causes. This started his pursuit for Corrective Exercise and the proper way to address joint pain.

He currently follows an ancestral health lifestyle that consists of eating real food that fuels everything the body needs and moving properly in life and exercise to produce healthy joints, muscles, and bones. Mark’s mission is to help his clients find the same success and right answers for them.

Mark’s practice emphasizes a functional training style for any fitness goal and eating what’s right for your individual body type.
Hi there! Thanks for checking out my page! My name is Mike Avant, and I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since September or 2016. I am originally from Minneapolis, MN, however I moved to Denver, CO at the beginning of 2017. I became a personal trainer because of my love and passion for health and wellness. I was a competitive swimmer for 15 years, so physical fitness was always a part of my life. During my sophomore year of college, I realized I wanted to become a personal trainer to help other people live healthier lives, and reach their fitness and wellness goals. I love seeing changes in my clients, and helping them reach goals they never thought they could reach, and then set new goals to keep them moving forward. I have worked with a wide range of clients. Some of the clients I have worked with have limited range of motion, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, back injuries, previous surgeries they are recovering from, as well as clients who want to build lean muscle, tone up. I have also worked with clients who have goals of losing weight and feeling healthier on creating that workout routine to kickstart them. I love working with clients who are motivated to make healthy lifestyle changes, or simply want to tone up and need introductions to free-weight training. Within a typical training session with me, we start by hitting full-body so I can show you as many exercises as possible for each muscle group. As we continue with training and clients begin to master certain moves and skills, we start to isolate into upper and lower groups, and from there, certain muscle groups (ex.. chest and shoulders, or back and arms...) We all know this fitness and health thing is important, in fact, it may be the most important element of our lives that we can control. Yet why is it so difficult to implement sustainable change that prevents disease, enhances life experiences, and increases personal and professional efficiency?

This is the question that inspired Mark Turnipseed to create Integrity Endurance. Prior, he had spent the better part of the last decade taking various roles in the practice of mental health. Through practicing the art of counseling in populations like the severely mentally ill, children with severe trauma, and teens and adults with addictions he came to see a common thread and saw this incompleteness in his own life. Trying to get sober himself, trying to help others, trying to make his way in life. Nothing seemed to work. Until he began a walk in fitness and wellness.

The fact is it’s not only in these desperate populations that people suffer. We all have bad days. We all have struggles. We all face challenges that baffle and confuse us. Mark struggled for many years with addictions of his own. He was prescribed medications to band-aid trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. During his senior year of college Mark’s dream to become a PhD in psychology was shattered and Heroin became his new passion. For the next few years he struggled tirelessly with this addiction. After a few bouts with inpatient programs, outpatient programs, hospitalizations, AA, NA, and maintaining adherence to his suboxone program, he was able to find freedom from opioids. But then alcohol and pills caught up to him and he found himself relapsing time and time again, searching desperately for an end to this battle. The battle nearly brought him to suicide on a few occasions, until he began implementing the model to health and wellness that he now openly shares with other addicts. This is the passion and purpose behind Integrity Endurance.

He was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga Into a culture that pushed athletics on developing boys more-so than books. Although he took part, he never fully drank the kool-aide. Instead, he became an avid mountain biker and hiker and found himself drifting out west by the age of 15. Because of his love for the outdoors, big mountains, and challenging weather, he found himself studying psychology at the University of Montana. Upon graduation, Mark moved to Whitefish, Montana.

He worked in an Alzheimer’s unit at a local care center for a year and then dove into mental health. A few years later- his alcohol addiction got the best of him and while recklessly skiing he collided with a tree and suffered a severe concussion. Shortly after, he decided to get sober and find health. A couple months into sobriety and fully recovered from his concussion, he met his wife, Jess, who would bring a whole new meaning to health, fitness and wellness to his life.

Jess began teaching Mark the joys of nutrition, yoga, and mindful exercises. He began finding these routines not only enjoyable, but uplifting and beneficial from the out-in. This completely changed Mark’s previous experiences with fitness from his rough-up in the weight room to head banging on the field upbringing. He now saw that fitness could be a part of life, every day, in a sustainable way.

His desire to learn more and see how far this mentality could go led him to triathlon. He began combining the life oriented integrity-based approach Jess had showed him with principles from a trans-theoretical approach to mental-health counseling and addiction recovery towards training the body to reach new peaks. Thus he started writing the Trials to Triathlon Blog and raising money for youth sobriety. In doing so, he found a sustainable, enjoyable, and efficient way to achieve new levels of performance, daily-efficiency, and alleviation from the life-weight in the human condition. This approach is developed on making integrity last, with endurance, through this race of life before us.
UNCC alumnus with a bachelors in Exercise Science. NASM certified. My goal is to change the world through exercise. So many of our health issues such as low back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc. can be changed through exercise. I am a huge advocate of proper form while lifting. I have been a personal trainer for the past 4 years training many clients at my university gym as well as my own private clients. I have also made the transition in the last year to train my clients primarily online in order to service a larger community. Since I was young I knew I wanted to change the world in some way and this is the way that I feel I can make the greatest impact on the lives of those around me. The world we live can be extremely difficult if we aren't fit for whatever tasks we have to do on a regular basis. If we address these health problems however we can be fit to be the best people we can in our work place and just in life.
My goal as a trainer/coach is to empower you and help you change your life. I speak from experience and the heart when I say that everyone is capable of change if you want it. When I was young I could barely run a few yards without losing my breath. I was clumsy, award and shy so that meant I was always picked last in gym class. Overall, you could say I was a pretty unhealthy kid. Then I read, "Cures They Don't Want You to Know" by Kevin Trudeau. This was my catalysis for changing how I thought about nutrition, which then lead to fitness. My first "job" (I don't consider training/coaching a job) was working at CKO teaching classes. As you could imagine this was not easy for me, I had to overcome my shy personality. This was a big turning point and helped me to see that I could transform my life beyond what I thought was capable. My philosophy in life: find your purpose. Train for that purpose. I've helped dozens of people in the 40+ age group regain what they once had but lost.

My training philosophy includes an overall approach. Your workout program and how it changes over time is customized to you and includes the following:
- I help you develop consistent habits, as that's the #1 requirement for success.
- I design your exercise sessions using fundamental movement patterns as the basis and help you improve your movement quality (this keeps you safe). You'll move better during exercise AND everyday activities.
- I help you build a strong foundation of strength and endurance and we build from there.
Hello there! I'm a trainer specializing in those who want to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle for the long term.

If this is you, then read on:

My approach is progressive training. There's an initial fitness assessment and medical history that takes place during the first session. The first session is 1.5 hours long but you only pay for the hour.

I start from where you are now (taking into consideration any injuries, or medical issues such as high blood, pressure, diabetes, etc.) to get you from point A to point B. As you master each step, I up the difficulty so you are always gaining results. The routines are varied as we continue and includes, warm up, strength training, aerobic endurance, rehab exercises if needed along with a 10 minutes stretching and cool down to increase range of motion and flexibility.

Although I can train clients from 19-90 years old, my main target market are those ages 35 -70 who are serious about their health. These people can be those who don't fit the "general workout routines" due to injuries (elbow, shoulder, lower back or knees perhaps??) and don't know HOW they can workout without hurting themselves.

They can be those needing motivation especially with new workouts geared to the 35+. year old body. They come to realize that weight does not come off as easily as it did in their 20's. They can be those needing accountability so as not to neglect their health while tending to their careers and many responsibilities.

I offer remote online training so I can reach more people. You don't need a lot of equipment so don't think, "Oh no, I don't have gym set up in my house!" There are ways to work out your body with equipment at hand (furniture, table, body resistance) and if you wish, the few pieces of equipment (should you wish to buy them) are not expensive.

As for me, I've been a certified master trainer since 2003. I have trained clients from 19-90, received certifications in stretching techniques and rehab, and have come across all types of people with all types of different personalities and fitness levels.

What got me started as a trainer? My own health and wellbeing took a hit at the ripe age of 26. Formally a track and basketball player, I found myself huffing and puffing after only walking a couple of blocks. I was a mom of 3 by this time. I decided to back into shape to feel better and as a result it not only got me in shape, but was a great stress outlet due to those lovely endorphins. It stuck.

I love to teach and I love exercise so I combined the two to become a fitness trainer to help others.

Ask me about an eating plan that is easy to follow, that doesn't have you buying tons of ingredients, but enables you to lose weight naturally!

This is offered as an accountability eating program. We (you, the new client, and other clients wanting to be on the program, and myself as well) meet weekly to go over how we are doing each week.

The eating plan offer are only for my clients who sign up for training with me.

Core and Balance Nutrition Strength Training Weight Loss Flexibility and Mobility Muscle Gain Cardiovascular Conditioning Injury Prevention Wellness Men Middle-aged Overweight/ Obese Post-rehab Seniors Women Asthma Back Pain/Issues Bone/Joint Injury Diabetes High Blood Pressure Hypertension Limited Mobility Prediabetes Rotator Cuff Issues Tennis Elbow Obstacle Courses Running Races (Marathons) ACE Special Populations NPTI Master Personal Trainer CPR/AED/First Aid

Hello, my name is Jason! I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) instructor and have been in the fitness world for over 25 years. I have been helping men, women, and children from the ages of 3-70 get in the best shape of their life while completely changing their mindset to achieve what they once believed was impossible. I personally have plenty of experience with overcoming the impossible since the time I was born with the condition known as Congenital Hydrocephalus, or commonly referred to as “Water in the Brain”. The doctors believed that even if I made it out of the hospital, that my life expectancy would be no longer than 10 years old. While that was a sobering thought for my family to accept at the time, it is even more incredible to reflect upon as I approach my 40th birthday this year. Knowing that I was not supposed to make it, nor was I supposed to be able to do the workouts that I put my body through today, makes me eternally grateful. I know what it takes to fully harness your inner strength and remain disciplined to achieve your goals. As your CPT, I can help you apply that perseverance towards your fitness goals and support you with better nutritional choices that will be the foundation of your success. I can also teach you how to defend yourself with MMA using any discipline of your choice between Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu. As proud owner of the Fortress Of Strength LLC, I offer you a safe place within a FitRanx facility where you can embrace the rewarding challenges of a healthy lifestyle.
My passion for sports and fitness started at a young age. As I got older my dedication never wavered leading to success as a division 1 college football player and culminating in the opening of VersaFit Training. I infuse my passion for life and personal experience as an athlete into my training technique while continuously tailoring it to meet the varying needs and abilities of my clients! I take a versatile approach to training, focusing on the mind and energy while created a system of training that flows with busy lives and allows my clients to enjoy getting fit.

I start with a holistic approach to fitness, health & wellness. I believe each individual possesses his or her own innate strength. That is why my programs H.I.I.T. you from every angle and make use of every second of every minute of every training session. When we are not training your body, we are strengthening you mind & spirit. We start with increasing functional and mental strength by tackling the neurological connection and motivation to exercise or any challenges that may need to be conquered to facilitate accomplishing your goals resulting in your feeling empowered and ready to achieve anything you want in life! Mental and spiritual empowerment is ambiguous, so to help make it tangible, we channel that training though physical fitness. By educating you on how to exercise safely, effectively and efficiently you grow to feel confident in your fitness allowing you to take ownership of your health and wellness.

Rooted in principle that you're only as strong as your core, I focus on functional strength and mobility by designing multifaceted workouts consisting of (but not limited to) cardio, circuit, weight, resistance, agility and cross-training, boxing/kickboxing and meditation/energy coaching. I take into account your likes vs. dislikes, physical ability, exercise, sports and fitness history, life experience and specifics like the environment training will occur (indoors vs. outdoors, apartment vs. gym in building/studio near by) and the resources available and design each training program to the individual. Bottom line…you tell me what you want to accomplish and I draw up the game-plan to turn it into reality!

The visual results come quickly. Individuals typically start to feel results within a week of training and have people noticing a difference in them within the first 2 weeks; I also assist you with diet & meal planning. The real benefit is in the energy, confidence, strength and empowerment your going to feel by changing how you look at your life. We are all overwhelmed on a daily basis and our to-do list far exceeds our time, so it is easy to neglect ourselves. My training is designed to integrate into busy lives to help make living a healthy lifestyle a reality for those that once only wished for it. I help you bring passion back into your life. It means something different for everyone, we all have laden passions we neglect because we are always pushing to do more, make more and we keep telling ourselves once we achieve this or make that, we will take care of ourselves better, give our interests more attention, but that little voice in our heads and hearts doesn’t cease, and the more we ignore it the more unhappy we become until its just the way we are. Tapping into your passions in life, be it artistic, intellectual or recreational sports all build up your energy and help you connect to the inner beauty of life. Am I going to help you make healthy diet choices? Yes, but you’re not going to feel like you have to change the way you eat all together or sacrifice what you like. Truth is, your going to get to eat as much as you want to allow your nutritional intake to keep up with your training! My coaching is more about adding than taking away. So let me help you tap into your full potential and look and feel great while doing it!
Core and Balance Nutrition Strength Training Weight Loss Flexibility and Mobility Boxing Kettlebells Functional Training Wellness Muscular Definition Muscle Gain Posture TRX Sports Performance Training Kickboxing Cardiovascular Conditioning Cross Training Injury Prevention Stress Reduction Corrective Exercise Actors Beginners Bodybuilders Brides-to-be Cancer Survivors Dancers Disabled Law Enforcement LGBTQIA Men Middle-aged Military Models Overweight/ Obese Post-rehab Rehab Runners Seniors Student-athletes Women Youth ACL tear Addiction ADHD Ankle Injury Anxiety Arthritis Artificial Hips Artificial Knees Asthma Autoimmune Diseases Back Pain/Issues Bad Posture Bone/Joint Injury Cancer Cardiac Rehab Celiac Disease Chronic Pain Congestive Heart Failure Crohn's Disease Depression Diabetes Disordered Eating Recovery Eating Disorders Emphysema Hamstring Issues Headaches/Migraines Heart Attack Hernia High Blood Pressure High Cholesterol Hip Pain/Issues Hip Replacement Hypertension Joint Pain Knee Pain/Issues Limited Mobility Lower Body Pain/Issues Menopause Neck Pain Neuropathy Obesity Parkinson's Disease Plantar fasciitis Postural Issues Pregnancy Rheumatoid Arthritis Rotator Cuff Issues Scoliosis Shoulder Issues Stress Baseball Basketball Bike Races Boot Camp Figure/Bodybuilding Competitions Gymnastics Hiking Kayaking Lacrosse Martial Arts Tournaments MMA/Kickboxing Fights Obstacle Courses Olympic Weightlifting Police Academy/Military/Firefighter/EMT Powerlifting Competitions Rowing Races Rugby Running Races (Marathons) Skiing Snowboarding Soccer Softball Surfing Swimming Races Tennis Triathlons Weddings NASM Certified Personal Trainer BFS Strength and Conditioning Specialist BS in Marketing & Management, Siena College NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Fitness Nutrition Specialist Life Coach NASM Behavior Change Specialist

I specialize in and work solely with female clients. Female clients have different needs than male clients do.

I started training clients after seeing how my workout posts on social media were inspiring and motivating others, and after several requests to train friends and family (and even a few acquaintances). I have a passion for helping women exercise in the comfort of their own homes (or outside) because I understand how convenient it is and I also understand the intimidation that a gym can cause many women. I personally have always trained at home, getting up to exercise daily at 5 am.

I have worked with brides-to-be, clients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, back problems (specifically spinal fusion), kidney disease & lupus, anxiety, moms (sometimes with their kids along) and senior clients.

I tailor each workout specifically to each client and include a lot of strength training exercises as well as HIIT (if they are at that fitness level) as well as lots of flexibility and mobility exercises. When the weather is nice I encourage my clients to train outside, either in their backyard or a local park. I have been a trainer for the past 5+ years and have worked in a commercial gym, strength gym and clinical setting at a physical therapy office. I am able to service a very wide range of clients from beginners to advanced lifters to post-rehab. My sessions are typically focused on making sure the exercises are catered to YOUR mobility/flexibility and I will never put you in a position that you do not "own." Meaning that if your arm can't go overhead without compensating, there is no world where I would ever give you a dumbbell for an overhead press. Sounds like a no brainer but you'd be surprised at what you see at the gym.

I value mobility and proper movement over maximal effort, but that doesn't mean I can't give you a good kick in the pants! I try to educate as much as I can during my sessions so that you are learning the "why" for the movements I am asking you to do. Realistically, I can't be with you for every workout so I want you to have the confidence to know that what you are doing isn't going to hurt you if you go to the gym on your own. If you are just trying to get your butt whooped with no regard of form, then I am not the trainer for you. If you want to move better, and train smarter, then please message me or sign up!
After a few years of working in finance, I became a trainer because I have experienced first hand, and through others, the multitude of physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that a progressive, well-designed training program can offer. I collaborate with individuals looking to make healthy lifestyle changes, and provide them with the necessary tools and guidance to obtain their fitness goals.

In my childhood, I enjoyed playing sports, especially basketball, inspired by my father who was a professional basketball player. I knew then that sports would always be part of my life, and as I grew older I became drawn to the union of athleticism and health. This, in combination with my penchant for helping others led me to my career path in personal training.

After graduating in the top 5% of my class at the American Academy of Personal Training in New York City, I took my first job at a high-end gym. I then had the opportunity to work with top industry leaders and gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise. After four years training, and managing a boutique personal training team, it was time to venture out on my own.

Today, in stark contrast to my days in finance, every morning I wake up excited to work with a broad spectrum of enthusiastic and motivated individuals seeking fitness training in a number of different areas. My personal philosophy is to do what you love and to always be learning. I continue to learn by attending as many seminars, conferences and fitness workshops as possible. Furthermore, I have a Master's degree in Kinesiology.

I am fluent in Spanish, French, English, and German, as well as a little Basque. I also have a degree in Languages Applied to Business, and a Master's degree in Management and Cross-Cultural Negotiations from the University of Bordeaux, France.
Hi! My name is Sophia and I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I also have my degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science and hold a Black Belt in Japanese Jujitsu. In addition to the Martial Arts I also belonged to a powerlifting gym which really taught me a lot of things and also made me want to become a personal trainer. Throughout my whole life working out has always been my form of therapy. No matter how hard my day might be, at the end of the day spending time working on my fitness has always made me feel better not only physically but mentally as well. I also teach self defense and martial arts/boxing as well and some clients mix & match the two together. I am also a Level 1 Kettlebell Certified Trainer.

In addition to training privately, I also specialize in teaching group classes as well. If you are interested in doing partner or small group (3-6 people). I also have much experience in training clients with injuries and can help with rehabilation. I worked in a Physical Therapy office for a year and can help you with recovery from surgeries, assist in doing passive stretches, and help you with your mobiility needs.

I look forward to working with you and helping you work towards your fitness goals!

Core and Balance Nutrition Strength Training Weight Loss Boxing Muscle Gain Kettlebells Kickboxing Injury Prevention Wellness Corrective Exercise Flexibility and Mobility Muscular Definition Posture TRX Functional Training Sports Performance Training Cardiovascular Conditioning Cross Training Stress Reduction Beginners Bodybuilders Brides-to-be Overweight/ Obese Post-rehab Runners Ankle Injury Back Pain/Issues Bad Posture Knee Pain/Issues Limited Mobility Lower Body Pain/Issues Boot Camp Hiking Martial Arts Tournaments MMA/Kickboxing Fights Obstacle Courses Powerlifting Competitions Running Races (Marathons) Soccer Weddings Kettlebell Concepts Level 1 NASM Certified Personal Trainer Bachleor's Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science

Fitness has always been my passion! My own nutrition and workout routine is extremely dedicated. I believe that you should practice what you preach. I look forward to helping any client get to their goals, whether it's maintaining, weight loss, muscle gaining, or preparing for an event! I am a new mom, and can relate to how difficult it is to get back to feeling like yourself post partum. I have worked with many moms during the post partum phase. Through my training I believe that training hard but also smart is key. Injury prevention is equally important to any program! I believe that building a healthy and strong body is the framework to a happy and healthy mind.
Core and Balance Flexibility and Mobility Nutrition Strength Training Weight Loss AS, Fashion Design ACE Certified Personal Trainer CPR/AED TRX Group Suspension Trainer ACE Certified Sports Nutritionist

My mission is to assist individuals in discovering their athletic capabilities, regardless of age or fitness level. My approach is to initiate training through a movement screening process, to fully understand how your body responds to training activity. This assists us in building a targeted program that will enhance mobility, stabilization, conditioning, strength, and power. Most importantly, this provides a platform for education and insight into your specific body mechanics. While working as part of the Penn Charter High School Strength and Conditioning staff, I programmed training and enhanced the athletic capabilities of over 400 student athletes. In addition, working with Temple University Football's strength and conditioning staff to enhance the abilities of football athletes proved to be valuable experience to help all individuals at various fitness levels. in addition, I worked with Catapult Data Analytics software to provide athlete monitoring to enhance performance.

<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>

Years of training has taught me to listen carefully to my clients and use that information to design the best way to train them. To succeed, you have to enjoy meeting up and doing another great workout. I'm big on supporting the simple diet changes you'll need to lose more and more weight! Most of my clients see dramatic changes in strength and fat reduction in a month or two, and I've had many clients lose over 30 lbs! With the right trainer (me!), exercise combinations, food choices, and support, you can get in the best shape of your life and feel like it! Invest in yourself...message me and let's get started. I work with beginners to advanced and all kinds of clients: pre- post-rehab, seniors, parkinsons (certified Rock Steady Coach), stroke, cancer, obesity - you name it!
Core and Balance Nutrition Strength Training Weight Loss Boxing Muscular Definition Muscle Gain Kettlebells Functional Training Kickboxing Flexibility and Mobility Sports Performance Training Pilates Cardiovascular Conditioning Corrective Exercise French Beginners Cancer Survivors Overweight/ Obese Post-rehab Rehab Seniors Student-athletes Women Cancer Diabetes Parkinson's Disease Stroke Stroke recovery ACE Certified Personal Trainer Univeristy of Chicago NESTA Certified Personal Trainer SCW Certified Personal Trainer BodyPump Barbell Instructor CPR/AED ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Rock Steady Boxing Coach

My passion for fitness resulted in my pursuing a certification in personal training about 12 years ago. I have to say that helping others achieve fitness and weight loss goals is so rewarding. When I accept a client I make a commitment to help them get positive results. In addition to fitness, I emphasize the importance of healthy eating and getting them to understand that my program will be a lifestyle change. Ultimately the client is responsible for their results; I’m hired to facilitate and provide the tools needed to get those results.

Currently I offer potential clients virtual one-on-one training and nutritional coaching. My certification with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Precision Nutrition qualifies me to work with virtually any individual wishing to improve their fitness and nutrition.
I have always liked physical training, even since high school. It was there that I realized that my passion was to educate others through movement and exercise. You will always find that the most important focus in all my classes are the students and that they can achieve their own 100% within their possibilities. I have 23 years experience working with people between the ages of 13 and 70. During all this time I have been able to learn how different everyone really is, the different motivations which lead them to train, and that each student has a different learning path. Not all of us have the same level of physical condition when we start a training plan. The preparation and years of experience that I have achieved have been able to provide me with the necessary tools to develop individualized training plans. This experience has also given me the ability to listen to the students, observe them, correct possible technical errors and most important to offer them enjoyable and different class, which will motivate and encourage them.
Strength Training Weight Loss Flexibility and Mobility Cardiovascular Conditioning Cross Training Dance Spanish Beginners Middle-aged Overweight/ Obese Women Anxiety Depression Hypertension Obesity Prediabetes Stress CPR/AED/First Aid ACE Certified Personal Trainer NCSF Certified Personal Trainer PE Teacher

Hi, my name is Marlee, I’m an ACSM certified exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Wellness. My focus is building personalized exercise programs that give clients a clear path towards their goals. I am passionate about how the mind and body work together, and how exercise can be used as a tool to improve the health of both. My interest in fitness started when I was a freshman in high school running cross country. Long distance running taught me a lot about pushing my own limits, helped me build confidence, and provided me a great deal of relief from difficult emotions. My experience with this sport sparked my interest in how exercise infuences overall wellbeing and lead me to pursue an education in fitness/wellness. As I studied physiology, I discovered how different training styles can all support each other. For example, strength training helped support injury prevention in my running, and yoga helped improve my alignment while lifting. To me fitness is all about how exercise can help you feel great in your body, in day-to-day life and while participating in the activities you love.
Core and Balance Strength Training Weight Loss Flexibility and Mobility Kettlebells TRX Functional Training Yoga Injury Prevention Beginners Rehab Runners Seniors Women Back Pain/Issues Joint Pain Yogafit Level 1 ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist Bachelor of Science in Fitness Wellness
