You are hardpressed to find a personal trainer who is also a registered dietitian- the gold standard when it comes to nutrition professionals. I practice only evidence-based approaches and push no gimmicks or supplements. I also have an adult weight management certification granted by the academy of nutrition and dietetics.
I take baseline body fat and circumference measurements and each session I use real-time heart rate monitoring data to insure safe, effective sessions as well as optimal progress.
