About Mike

Im Mike Aguilar. I am a personal trainer and registered dietitian (RDN). 

I have 15 years experience successfully helping clients live better lives by  integrating nutrition and exercise habits into clients  weekly  routines. 

I have been helping clients move, feel and look better since 2005 and have  mastered the mental, behavioral and technical aspects of nutrition and exercise protocols for health, weight mangement, physique, athletics and pain-free performance.

My training philosophy

Foundation of movement, posture and muscular balance is key. Exercise should be based on the movements we were meant to do - standing, walking, running and throwing- NOT just bench press, squats and deadlifts. We can build the body you want through enjoyable, sustainable nutrition strategies and optimal exercise programming.
