About Mike

Im Mike Aguilar. I've been personal training and coaching clients on individual nutrition plans for over 15 years. 

If you're looking to improve any aspects of your health, wellness, fitness, physique and performance- and if you're looking to eliminate injuries and joint pain- you will not regret the decision to train with me. I work with all types of people, ages, occupations and goals. 

I take baseline movement assessments,  body fat and circumference measurements and use real-time heart rate monitoring data to insure safe, effective sessions and put everything you need to do into perspective.

My favorite client story

I have many, but the featured clients of mine have dropped 50 to 80lbs and maintain the results.

My training philosophy

Exercise should be based on the movements we were meant to do - standing, walking, running and throwing- NOT just outdated bench press, squats and deadlifts. The latter often produce more injuries than results .
