Hello! I'm Tom! I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life. Training clients personally for their goals since July 2012. I used to play and or still do: soccer, rock climbing, boxing, cycling, trail running, backpacking, kayaking, rafting, Jiu-Jitsu, skiing, football, basketball, track, wrestling, golf, tennis, ultimate frisbee. I specialize in strength endurance, sports specific, balance/coordination, and nutrition/weight loss. We can train at a park, in a gym, or at your place. Nutritional guidance is offered as well during the training program. I offer a complimentary 60-minute phone or in-person consultation to help get things started.
