About Val
I am a certified personal trainer, prior gym owner and program designer with 34 years experience in the fitness industry. I have a strong background in HIIT, Functional Training and Core Training, as well as corrective exercise. I am passionate about delivering state of the art training to my clients based on their needs and goals. I feel it is my job to ensure a safe, effective and suitable workout designed to challenge, motivate, encourage and bring out the best in each client. I am a stickler for form and technique and designing well balanced workouts that deliver. I am consistently attending workshops and summits to keep myself educated and on the cutting edge of fitness. I would be honored to help you reach your goals and improve the quality of your life through fitness.

Get strong from the inside out....strong mind, strong body. A proper foundation must be established to training safely and get the results one seeks, injury free. I meet each individual client where they are and challenge them based on their abilities. Exercise is not one size fits all and I am very well versed in making training challenging yet safe, fun and effective.
