About Alex
I began my athletic career in the swimming pool. I saw early morning and evenings for years while in school. Eventually by the time I had ended school I had take part in over 11 different sports competively. I loved to compete in every facet of my life.
I began weight training in the early mornings before school. I would go at 5am with my father twice weekly. I began to absorb as much knowledge about training as possible.
Over time I trained mostly for pleasure as I studied my law degree. I gained a lot of “mass” but zero functionality. I entered a Mens Health Belly Off competition whilst in law school and shed some pounds and reset my physical and mental discipline. I also saw that I could make a career out of fitness. That began my process to work in this career.
I moved to NYC from South Africa and worked with high end clientele on the UES and The Hamptons. That developed the quality of my service. Over time I’ve pursed many varied certifications as a way to broaden my knowledge but most recently I’ve decided to focus primarily on athletes and emerging athletes. I want to teach You the lessons I learnt many years ago.
