Hello to all. You're probably currently reading this and thinking to yourself "Hmmm, why this guy?" I'd say because you'd be entering a world full of change! Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Alfredo Lamour. Born in Canada, but raised in the very sunny, most times rainy South Florida. As mentioned, you'd be entering a world full of change. Why do I say that? I've been in the fitness industry for about 4-5 years now and have had the great opportunity of coaching/training 100's of people. It's been a great experience to be apart of the change that they want to make in their life. With guidance (Which is where I come in), commitment (Which is where you come in), and of course hard work and consistency, you will see change. Question is are you ready for that change. My favorite client story

I had a client who recently moved, and she was someone who wanted to get ready for the FBI academy. The focus of our training was on strength, since at the time she had a long way to go to reach the requirements of the FBI. She was someone that was willing to work so hard, and she did. After 3-4 months of consistent work her body composition changed drastically. Her ability to perform Push ups and pull ups sky rocketed. Her confidence in herself was so amazing to see. She came from not exercising anymore to building a routine of working out every day!
Till this day I have an amazing friendship with that client. To be apart of that and to see her transform herself is why I love what I do as a fitness professional.

My favorite exercise

Push ups or Pull Ups are some of my favorites. I also love Olympic Weightlifting, such as snatches and cleans.
