I’ve been a personal trainer and running coach for 8 years with over 70 satisfied clients. I have a passion for helping people achieve their fitness and/or running goals. I’m also a mother of 3 so I understand the challenges of fitting in workouts while raising a family. I can help you be accountable and make that change you’ve been wanting to do! My strength training workouts are fun, challenging, and different each time to keep from getting bored. I also can help you get into running, learn proper running form, and/or train you for your next race! I’ve finished 6 full marathons, 24 half marathon, 7 triathlons, and countless other distance races. Running and strength training helped me lose weight and it can for you too!
