About Bianca
My passion for fitness is rooted in my own personal journey. I'm the strongest I've ever been while nearing my 40th year in age, having two young children, and working. This solidifies my belief that we can get better with age, we just need to put in the work. For women, scientific data also shows that bone and muscle loss begins in our 30's and then accelerates with menopause. We need to prioritize training into our lifestyles to be ready for these phases and be physically independent as we age further. Through strength/functional training, and my pragmatic approach, you will be training not just for a summer season, but for life!
