My expertise lies in body recomposition -- a process that focuses on losing body fat and building muscle tone to enhance physical appearance, metabolic function, energy levels, and overall well-being. Additionally, I specialize in designing programs for pre/post-menopausal women, targeting hormonal and metabolic health through strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and specific nutritional adjustments. My approach effectively addresses menopause-related symptoms like stubborn belly fat, low mood, hot flashes, and sleep disturbances, while also improving bone density, muscle strength, and metabolic function.

Along with the above, I am highly skilled at working with pre/post-natal clients, brides to be, those with autoimmune/chronic health conditions, and individuals recovering from injuries. My holistic approach ensures customized support tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
