About Jason

I have been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2016. I graduated at the top of my class and have loved working as a PTA for many years. Several of my patients said to me, "You should be a trainer!" and I didn't think it would be a bad idea to help people outside the therapy setting have a better quality of life and achieve their goals. Also, I received my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have treated diagnoses such as neck pain, herniated disc, rotator cuff, low back pain, hip/knee replacements, ankle/foot injuries and have worked with various neurological disorders. Currently, I work in a busy physical therapy outpatient clinic that focuses on sports medicine. I have experience with age groups ranging from youth up to the geriatric population. I work with local law enforcement, firefighters and athletes from multiple sports and professional leagues around the world.

I treat orthopedic injuries on a daily basis and have helped my patients achieve their goals by incorporating corrective exercises to increase stability, endurance and strength. Also performing agility, plyometric and sport/work specific exercises. I want to bring that same type of program into my personal training sessions. Together we will create a detailed plan to get you where you want to be and achieve all your goals.
