About Joel

My goal is to deliver a better quality of life to you, making your daily basis movements easier and more efficient through out different tools and movements styles, this way helping you to achieve your their best level of conditioning, flexibility, mobility and strength depending on your actual capacity and limitations.

I've always practiced all sorts of sports and physical activities, and still love to learn new ways to move and challenge my body to age better and pain free. These life experiences have brought me the acknowledgement to know our body is more than a physique, and having a shaped body is not the goal, but it is a consequence of being healthy and fit.

I also have a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science and a Specialization degree in Resistance Training for Elderly People, I'm a former Weightlifting athlete and I've been coaching for more than 20 years competitive athletes and random people to achieve their best performance and health goals.
