During my traiining i treat every person with respect and diginity, the same way I would want my family treated. I understand getting into shape can be challenging and even frustating at times. My goal is to help make this transition as smooth as possible. It can be hard to step up and ask for help but just doing that you are already one step closer to reaching your goals. I strive to make sure you get on the right path and to help you grow and succeed.
My favorite client story
I have a couple. The first one was a client who was struggling mentally, physically, and drinking too much. This clients parents reached out to me. They live across the country and the client lives here in Florida. They were worried about the client's health and reached out to me to help. We started the training and it took some time to improve mentally and physically but then we started seeing progress. The client attended a family member's wedding completely changed. After the wedding, the client kept training with me and even quit drinking. He was also in a much better place mentally and even was showing great progress in their weight loss journey.
The other story was when I got to work with a 100% disabled US Veteran. This was a huge honor for me. This client had a severe issue with weight, exercising safely, and staying motivated mentally and physically to continue on their own. During the sessions, we started working on form and understanding how the mind can play into either success or delays. Once we got started the client started seeing progress and success mentally within only a few sessions. Throughout the sessions, the client received constant motivation and encouragement to continue striving toward their goals. The client ended up working through his mental block and even had tremendous success in weight loss and safe exercising. The client due to the weight loss with me, was eligible for some very promising weight loss programs that his doctor had initially ruled the client out of getting due to being over the limit. This client was an honor to work with and so humbled to get the chance to work and help a US Veteran.
My favorite exercise
I love a variety of exercises. For upper body for me- Bicep curls, bench press, and rows are some of my favorite. For lower body- leg press (incline), wall-sits, and leg curls. For core- Planks, glute bridges, and russian twists.
My favorite quote
So I have a few. the first one is, "What seems impossible today will be the story you tell tomorrow." and "Soon, when all is well, you're going to look back on this period of your life and be so glad you never gave up." By Brittany Burgunnder. These quotes I really feel speak to training as a whole. Throughout the whole process there's highs and lows. Goals and dreams are just that. But what makes goals and dreams into reality in taking a step. Even on off days, getting 1 rep, 1 set, 1 exercise done means you are better than you were prior. Training is not a sprint its a marathon. My goal is to be there every step of the way. That is why I like these quotes.
My training philosophy
My training philosophy is all about helping my clients achieve and reach goals and dreams they thought weren't reachable before by encouraging, teaching, and promoting a healthier tomorrow.
My training experience
I have been in a gym setting more of my life. I started training myself with coaches and my family when I was 13. I played sports my entire life so working out was a constant in my life. I have been helping friends and family work out since 2019. I finally got my certifications in 2023 after I graduated from college with my BA in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. During my senior year, I got the chance to have an internship with my school's athletic department working alongside my school and the NCAA on mental health. I had the opportunity to create mental health programs and events for a lot of the teams on campus. Two of the teams I worked with ended up being ranked #1 in the country for DII Tennis in mens and the women ended ranked #3 in the country. It was such a humbling experience and I got the chance to speak with so many athletes about their journeys, how they got where they were, what challenges they faced and how they got around it. I take what I learned there and put that into my training myself and into the trainings of all my clients.

Great introduction to helping get into shape. Noah is a lovely young man and with his knowledge and support has made me begin to work out with him and on my own. I will continue with him remotely when I return to my home state.
Just had a few sessions with Noah at BFT and it starting off very well. Noah is pleasant to work, structured in the program he is customising for me and a great coach while I'm exercising. I am definitely continuing with him on my "get back in shape" journey :-)
