My goal is to support you with becoming the person you want to be. I truly believe that what I do for a living, apart from strengthening the body, is strengthening the mind - the physical/aesthetic results are merely a reflection of the changes being made. The idea is to combine nutrition and training elements to coincide with what your movement goals are - so if what you want to focus on is weight loss, rehab, muscle gain and/or functional movement - we can do that as well as aligning your nutrition consumption with the training approach that we take. All you need to bring with you is the desire to achieve and I can provide you with the rest. As they say, I can open the door, I'll just need you to walk through.

My training experience with Priscilla been so rewarding. I feel and perform like the athlete I once was, even though I am now in my thirties. The work outs are rigorous, stimulating and high tempo. Priscilla is also conscious of the your limits and body. She will remind you to take care of yourself, saying that fitness/training is for a lifetime. Excellent advise, from an excellent professional.
Coach P is absolutely amazing! By far one of the best experiences I've had with a trainer. She's extremely experienced and helpful with any questions I've had, from nutrition to performance. Each class is also so much fun, I'd definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a lifestyle change. All it takes is one class and you'll understand her magic. I can't say it's been easy but so worth it!
Coach P is the best! I have been working with her for almost a year and I love it! She is a great person and very understanding. She caters to you and is always there for any questions you may have or even just support. You don't need much equipment either she works with what you have. I trained with her one on one and those were my favorites. She is awesome to be around. She customs a program for you individually and I wanted someone who understands that sometimes I can get side tracked and eat bad and it's okay because we all have those days. Coach P is someone that won't put you down when this happens. You can count on her to get you back on track in no time. She checks in on you often which is something that is great because she holds you accountable. It takes time to get what you want and you can definitely get there with her help. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her workouts! You won't be able to find her programming anywhere. It's really unique and once you get the hang of it you want to continue to workout and do her routines that she makes for you. The workouts make me feel good and energized. I love her workouts so much that when I move to NYC for school in January I will continue to train with her through Skype because I don't want to miss out on her amazing workouts. You will not be disappointed!
Training with Coach P was one of my favorite exercise experiences. She holds you accountable for showing up and is tough enough to make you sweat. I met up with her 3x a week for 3 months. She would explain the circuits and the intensity. She also let me know my own body progression by letting me know how the numbers changed with each coming week. She ever ran with me which allowed me to push myself harder than I had done before.
I have trained with coach Pri many times over three years. She is fierce as she is knowledgeable during training. I practice parkour and martial arts. However, I am constantly looking for a challenging workout. Never have I been disappointed after one of Priscilla's classes. She is an expert at pushing you to your limit without overexerting the client. Her overall vibe and energy brings out the best out of you during all workouts. I would highly recommend anyone to try out her classes. You will be challenged, you will learn, you will feel accomplished.
