My favorite things about Travis are that he is really proficient at helping you move your body correctly and efficiently. No unnecessary strain or movements outside of what you need for your body. I have lower back issues and after I made note of, (which he already noticed in my movements) he helped my form and modified the workouts to help me do the exercise correctly and also avoid injury. Travis has never once diagnosed me with some fake ailment or made me feel like I couldn’t take my training and health to the next level. In other words there was nothing stopping me, other than myself. And thats something I really appreciate. I never feel insecure with Travis. An added bonus is he can help with diet as well. I’d give the man more stars if I could, he’s that good.
