About Brian

As your Personal Trainer I will create a program and guide you as my client toward your Personal Fitness Goals. First, we will build a fitness baseline through exercise and nutrition and then progress as your Fitness level increases and your Nutrition habits change. As my client, you will get a program that maximizes each session to reach your individual goals as soon as possible. I am currently an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach Certified. My Personal Training philosophy is to provide my clients with a safe and effective program based on their fitness goals. The Philosophy for each session is to take a step closer to reaching my clients goal. My ultimate goal as a Personal Trainer is to instill Fitness and Nutrition as a part of each my clients lifestyles. My favorite success story is to see my clients progress from someone that doesn't exercise or eat correctly at all to someone that fully integrates fitness and nutrition as a regular part of their lifestyle. .

My favorite exercise

The Squat, The Push Up and The Pull Up, because these 3 exercises use the most muscle groups per rep and are very beneficial movements that improve ones overall fitness, and these movements can be modified to be done by most everyone.

Morse Fitness Training is mobile Personal Training service designed to meet clients at homes or businesses. Additionally, for more convenience and to keep up your Fitness while traveling I offer Virtual Personal Training via Skype or FaceTime. I have 25 years of Personal Training experience within the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Throughout that time I've had the opportunity to train all fitness levels of clients from beginners to the advanced athlete. I specialize in Athletic Strength/Conditioning, Functional Fitness, Fitness as a Lifestyle and Nutritional Counseling. My Personal Training Philosophy is to create a complete fitness and nutrition plan that allow my clients the greatest opportunity for success.
