My favorite client story
I currently have a client who came to me about a year and a half ago because she had seen the transformation of her friend who trains with me. She had never lifted weights - just rode her bike a lot. She trains with me three times a week and listens to my guidance about nutrition and trusting the process. She puts in the work and has changed her body. She came in one day and gave me a big hug and kiss and said, "My husband said my butt looks perkier! He's never said that before! I love you!"
Another client who is 70 and has only been training with me for six weeks says that her kids have noticed that she moves around better and is more confident in how she does things (getting on a ladder, lifting things). She said, "I know that doesn't seem like much to you, but it's a big deal to me." These are the things that make me feel like I'm making a difference.

I really love glute exercises, mainly hip thrusters. They're hard, but effective!

My training experience
I've been a trainer for ten years starting out in a big chain gym. After two years, I moved to a personal training studio and stayed for five years. I branched out after that and did (and still do) independent training (some in home and online), but my base of clients is at a personal training gym that I co-founded with my good friend. I love being in the gym, but also enjoy the one on one nature of in home training as well.
