About Parker

- Parker's passion for Fitness was birthed early into his adolescents, and continues to thrive into adulthood. Earning his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he has had 4 years experience within the Personal Training realm. Overall, his experience within a gym setting and handling a Barbell on his back has been since the early age of 11 years old. Currently, Parker is in pursuit of two Master's degrees: Kinesiology & Psychology. His overall objective is to carry forth the skills, habits, and characteristics that allow an individual to lead a Healthy lifestyle. He believes that EVERYONE has their own journey, starts at their own pace, and fights their own adversity. Parker wants to share & teach individuals that the gym can help build that resiliency towards adversity, as facing life's obstacles is no different than facing a hard set. A wise quote that opens perspective, "How you do ONE thing is how you do EVERYTHING.".

- When Parker isn't in a workout, you can find him engaged in other enjoyments such as reading, fishing, dabbling in artwork, going on hikes, and hanging out with close friends & his family members. Frequent Podcast Listener.
