About Courtney
Courtney Rodriguez, is a wife and mom of 3, and has owned and operated her personal training business for over 20 years. As a professional fitness competitor since 2010, she has consistently ranked among the top in the world and has been featured in prominent fitness publications such as Muscle & Fitness Hers, Oxygen, Flex, and Ironman magazine. In 2012, Courtney began her work in the integrative medicine department at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Recognizing the vital role of physical activity in cancer treatment and prevention, Courtney's research at MD Anderson focused on educating others on cancer prevention and maintaining optimal health throughout life. She was proud to be part of a team advancing integrative medicine through groundbreaking strategies. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between the fitness and medical communities.
In 2020, Courtney launched an online transformation program designed to help individuals achieve true physical transformation by addressing the often-overlooked aspects of fitness and health. She designs custom workout and nutrition programs but also teaches clients the psychology behind true transformation, hormone balance and gut health. It’s not just about physical change; it’s about empowering individuals to find strength, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
