My favorite client story
My favorite client success story was a buddy of mine who failed a job interview because of the physical test required to perform the job. I was able to work with him and build his endurance up. When he went back to retest, he passed with flying colors.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is tire flips. I like this exercise because it's a total body workout, pushes you mentally, and is a change to the typical workout routine.

Jiu-Jitsu black belt (training for 10+ years). I've been in education for 13 years ( various grades, special education and now Physical Education). I can work and modify any workout. I start you whatever the level you're on and build you up from there
