I am a martial artist, Air Force veteran, and life long student. I seek to learn how to best train the body for health and longevity and pass that knowledge on to my clients. I believe in using our bodies to improve our quality of life, to grow, and experience adventure.
I have worked as a trainer full time for 6 years but in some part time capacity for about 15. I have worked in a variety of setting from cardiac rehab, to D1 college strength and conditioning. But I found my passion was working with regular people who just want to feel better and get back to an active lifestyle.
I make all of my programs customized to the needs of the individual. I love to learn about what each person needs and craft a solution to fit their life for their goal.
