Coach Joy is a the epitome of her name. You will have a fun time while burning calories and losing pounds! A typical workout session last an hour and includes High Intensity Interval Training with weight training, Yoga, and Pilates. I have been a trainer for over 5 years and I work hard to make sure my clients are pleased and the goals are met. She wants to empower people to create self care by taking care of themselves in the physical and mental!
My favorite client story
One of my clients was unable to do full push ups. She was so traumatized at not being able to do them that I made it my mission to grant her her reasonable goal. She worked her a** off and before she relocated (I still train her virtually), she was at 5 push ups, no modifications needed!

My training philosophy
Work as consistently as you can in the most realistic way! On days where you simply can't, don't! Come back the following day and grind harder so the break you took is fuel for the next day. You stay consistent with your goals, creating a healthy mental space to reach those said goals, you can create the body you want to see!
