About Louis

I specialize in creating an environment that keeps the body working and active while our participants have fun. I specialize in appreciating our members, making sure that they are happy and motivated to come to class every day. I take your goals seriously with our fitness assessments. Whether your goal is to lower your blood pressure or body fat, we track your progress and make sure you reach your goals. To be perfectly honest, our specialty is you! PBL Fitness doesn't just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don't focus on just weights; we know you don't want to get bulky. We marry the two into a 60% cardio and 40% strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight and tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes everyday from circuit training, to CrossFit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also, when it comes to boot camp, you don't have to be a superstar everyday, you can go at your own pace, and you can continually improve with our program.

My favorite client story

One of my clients was getting married and needed to lose 10 lbs. within a month. He lost 20!! we put in so much work that even I was surprised of the outcome. The first couple of weeks were tough, he was just getting back into the gym and his nutrition was not in order. But with my diet plan and meal plans that I provide the 2nd week things started to become a little easier for him.

My training experience

I've been a Basketball Trainer for over 9 years. I've created a Women's BATA Boot Camp program to target the most recognized areas that women see the most. Which is the butt, abs, thighs and arms. I've been in the fitness industry for over 6 years.
