Greetings! I’m Rob! I am a bodybuilder on my own fitness journey and help others achieve whatever it is they wanna do in theirs!
Strength Training is my primary focus on helping clients start a fitness program but also incorporate different styles of training that include cardiovascular conditioning, boxing, exercise science, nutrition guidance, wellness guidance such as myofascial release techniques, yoga and meditation.

My training experience
I started my own fitness journey 15 years ago! Out of high school I was 250 lbs which for my height was unhealthy. Unhappy with how I felt and looked and decided to do something about it. As the years progressed, inspired to helped others, I got certified and have worked in the fitness industry since!
