I am 49 years old and have been personally working out non stop now for 34. I have been personal training clients for over 20 years. I have learned through trial and error as well as interacting with others thru study and research. I have experience working with a variety of all age groups male and female from 13-85 yrs. old as well as clients post surgery, knee replacements, shoulder surgeries, herniated discs etc...Most of my clients are in the 40-65 yr old range.
