Helping busy professionals optimize their health through fitness when working and life are non-stop. Train to tone up, build muscle, and feel sexier.
Hello, my name is Austin and I own a human optimization company called Genesis Training. Over the years in the athletic training and strength and conditioning space, I realized that it's more than just working out, it's about becoming the best you can possibly be. I have been training clients of all age populations, experience levels, and orthopedic injuries and they all have at least 1 thing in common, working out is just the tip of the iceberg. Our mission is to be the Gold Standard in Excellence in all areas regarding your health and fitness (exercise prescription, nutrition guidance, accountability, self development/esteem, etc). I specialize in 1on1 personalized coaching utilizing my Biometric Remodeling System to help clients reach their physical and mental goals. Anyone can tell you to do a bunch of exercises, but is that really what you need? I pride myself on building relationships with my clients because there is no 1 size fits all approach. Your life and goals require a unique approach that is inidivudal to you. If you are just looking for someone to just bark exercises at you 1 or 2 hours a week and have no communication in between, sorry I'm not your guy. But if you are looking for a coach who can hold you accountable, lead you to your goals, and improve your physical and mental health, it's definitely worth a shot to see if we are a good fit. Why settle for a good life when you can live a great one! Feel free to reach out and apply for a Free Blueprinting Session.
My favorite client story
I had a client who started at 345lbs with other 50% body fat and was 6'2. He owned several businesses and was busy with 2 young daughters who were involved in multiple sports. He used to be an athlete in highschool but his health was put in the backseat as he was building a life and a family. He hired me because he wanted to be able to play basketball again and be able to keep up with his kids. He used to love cooking, but his eating habits became filled with fast food. After working with him for 20 weeks, he lost 50lbs of pure fat and dropped 5% body fat. The crazy part was that he actually gained 4lbs of muscle, had more energy to play with his kids, was more productive at work, and was able to improve his relationship with his wife.

My training philosophy
My training philosophy is that everyone needs a unique approach to reaching their goals. More importantly they need something that is sustainable over long periods of time. I believe in a holistic approach because whether we realize it or not, the habits we have outside of the gym or the kitchen have a massive impact on our results.
My training experience
Since graduating with my bachelors in athletic training, I trained clients privately for 2 years, continuing to expand my knowledge and refined my methods 100s of times through trial and error. My education and credentials have helped me gain the knowledge and experience to work with any population, any injury, and almost any training method to successfully get results.

My husband and I are both working professionals with 3 young kids. We both have trained with Austin both in person and virtually. Even with both of us working in health care and our kids being home, we still find time to workout and continue to train with Austin.
I am a 6'2 high school sophomore and injured my ankle a few months ago. I started working with Austin in person and online. He helped me gain 4 inches on my vertical in 2 months and haven't had any ankle pain. Now I can catch alley-oops with ease! Thanks man!
Austin is one of the hardest working professionals I've ever met. He constantly challenges me to raise my limits and I appreciate the high standards he holds in his morals and values when coaching me. Well done, Austin.
2 months ago I started working with Austin as my transformation coach. Prior to working with him I had not exercised for a long time. I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Austin I knew that he was the perfect coach for me. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. After 2 months I am extremely pleased with my progress and am even more motivated to continue. Now I have the confidence to workout at the gym by myself and wear a swimsuit to the beach.
I've been working with Austin since May 2019. My goal initially was to lose weight. So far as of September 2019 I have lost 31lbs and a total of 7.5 inches. This is all thanks to Austin and his expertise. Looking forward to continuing to work with him in the future.
During the first few months of the pandemic, I was a couch potato - playing games and watching TV series all day. I felt down on myself because my job cut my hours and I was letting myself go.. Thankful for the day I decided to finally get up and take Austin’s challenge. Today, I get to spend time more with my 2 kids and have energy to do everything else. Work and Play! Thanks man! You encouraged me to be the best version of myself.
Having someone in your corner really gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Austin has really kept me moving. His constant communication made it hard for me to slack off. I didn't want to disappoint him or myself. He has been an inspiration because he practices what he preaches.
