My favorite client story

I trained someone to climb Mt. Everest for the second time after an avalanche had changed the normal route to climb. The craziest part is that he mentioned how he was lucky enough to be part of the second team that climbed because an avalanche had claimed the lives of those in Team 1 his first round. Crazy stuff.

My favorite exercise

I like working on my handstands. Other than that, the more involved and focus an exercise requires, the better.

My training experience

I trained for both Equinox and Crunch and reached their Tier 3 and Elite levels respectively. I have successful trained people to loss weight, build muscle, and I have also trained people to get them out of pain. I have successfully trained someone out of their scoliosis and then to have great control and strength from their body.
