My favorite client story
One of my female clients I had trained for years lost 65 pounds! She's the most confident she has ever been and is able to do things she never thought she was capable of. Feeling better about herself also helped her get a promotion at work, and a boyfriend!
My favorite exercise
Squats - the most important foundational movement. If you have a strong, technically-sound squat, you can bet that almost all your other exercises will follow suit.

My training philosophy
Old-school, back to basics and fundamentals. I don't believe in gimmicks or fads, they are never sustainable in the long run. Set a goal, make a plan, work hard, and you will achieve results.
My training experience
I've been training clients for over 10 years now. Since graduating from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, I have been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of clients in a wide variety of settings. Physical therapy, corporate fitness, management, group exercise, boot camps, seminars, commercial gyms, high-end luxury gyms, sports performance facilities - you name it, I've been there and done it! I've been training independently now for two years - it's hard work but definitely more rewarding to be your own boss.
