I've been in the fitness industry since 1992 having started with the STEP Company and the step aerobics phenomenon in many countries, then moving onto Polar where I worked with trainers and athletes with heart monitor technology all over the world. I've been a trainer and a fitness athlete myself for most of my life. I'm very compassionate and hands-on with a lot of patience. I work well with older adults, overweight population, youth and pretty much anyone who is goal-oriented but just having a hard time figuring out exactly how to fit that goal into his or her life without a drastic change in lifestyle, and still have fun, but achieve RESULTS! I like to have fun as well as work hard. I prefer to do a few workouts outside or in your gym or home.. but can change it up as it fits YOUR lifestyle. I can also train for triathlons and running races, like 5 or 10K races with or without heart monitors. I prefer working with heart monitors for these sports. The schedule can be as flexible as you need to be. Just give me a call or an email with some of your goals and your budget and we'll work something out that works for your lifestyle or for a group if you and your friends would like to orchestrate a guided bootcamp or neighborhood workout arrangement, etc.
