You can expect intense, focused, and specific workouts that will challenge your body many different ways. I specialize in weight loss, body transformation, strength training, Olympic lifts, balance training, core strength, body toning, conditioning, functional circuit training, hypertrophy training, sports training, plyometrics, battle ropes, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, nutritional guidance! Fitness cannot be streamlined and everyone does not fit into the same category. Training needs to be specific to the client and functional. I keep fitness safe and effective so people can live pain free the rest of their life. A workout program that compromises the safety of your knees and back is not a workout program at all.

Any client I work with that shows up to every session ready to push themselves and work hard. I love that amount of dedication inside the gym and outside at home. With that attitude success is inevitable for all my clients.

My training philosophy

My training experience
Andrew began his work in fitness 8 years ago in North Carolina as a sports trainer for several soccer teams. He even trained a soccer club during his time in Tanzania. As a NASM certified trainer in LA Andrew works with a variety of people in the tv and film industry. He has also been an in house trainer for production companies and has consulted on fitness commercials. Andrew's clients have success reaching and maintaining their weight loss goals utilizing his complete personal training philosophy and approach which incorporates a proper diet alongside physical training. He believes fitness cannot be streamlined and everyone does not fit into the same category. Training needs to be specific to the client and functional this is what Andrew offers. He takes pride in training clients safe and effectively and enjoys educating clients on the necessity of proper diet in conjunction with exercise. He loves to lead by example and organize hikes, races, and other activities with clients.
