About Chad

I started my personal training career with Equinox in June of 2013. My passion is developing stronger, more mobile, and more functional bodies through a variety of techniques that I have continued to hone throughout the years. If you want to lose weight quickly with no regard to the long term health of your body - you should look elsewhere. My clients train with me because they want results without excessive wear and tear. They want to look lean and athletic - not big and bulky. If you're in to sustainability or just learning something fun and new, we should meet! Sessions vary from person to person, but generally we spend 5-10 minutes warming up (Myofascial release, mobilizing joints, warming up primary muscles), about 30-45 minutes sweating through a full-body workout, and ending with 5-10 minutes of stretching.
