I decided to take control of my health back in 2014 and haven't looked back. I have truly learned to love fitness and I strive to share my love for exercise with others so that they too can live life to the fullest. This is why I decided to become a certified personal trainer and spin instructor. Fitness should be fun. I believe you school view exercise as something exciting and beneficial rather than a chore. While you may not feel that way now, it's my goal to help you realize how enjoyable working out can be!

So before I worked with Heather, I found it really hard to stay motivated and "do the right exercises" when working out - I also got bored quite easily. I have worked with Heather for over 8 sessions and have had a wonderful time. The plans she puts together are thorough and challenging but fun. Heathers attitude is always to inspire and motivate and she backs up all of the exercises with information and explanation. I have felt so much better since working out with Heather and have seen great results. I feel stronger and more confident in my body's ability and I have great form (this is always something I always worried about when working out alone, "am I doing more damage than good?") Even with a shoulder injury, Heather has adapted my workouts so I still get the full body workout I need as well as isolated muscle groups. I cant recommend her enough for anyone wanting to start or re-ignite their fitness journey. I have loved every minute of working with her!
Heather has been amazing, and I couldn't be happier with her personal training. She comes prepared to each session with new workouts, and gives constructive criticism on all the moves to ensure I am getting the best workout. She makes each session fun, even when it gets hard and is very encouraging - the best combination. I look forward to seeing her each week which is a major plus!
